I'm not quite sure of his background. But I'm listening to his mixtapes everyday. Music isn't dead, you just have to find the good music. I downloaded his entire "Underneath The Sky" mixtape for free, no gimmick. Kind of forgot the site though. Search him on youtube. I know, I'm terrible at advertising. His twitter @mateoonline.
